How it works
Enquiry, then Order, then Booking
Three steps, and the terms below say what each one commits you to.

Enquiry
Reserves a set number of tickets for a chosen date and can be amended or cancelled without obligation until converted into an order - up to 6 weeks before a night show or combined visit, 2 weeks before a day park visit. It does not guarantee specific seats. If performances are running low on availability we may ask you to confirm your order early or risk losing your seats. VIP tickets cannot be reserved.

Order
Confirms the number of guests in your tour. Once acknowledged by 11Arches, your order becomes a contract and seats stay secured as long as payments are made on time. Night show and combined seats are held with a non-refundable, non-transferable £10 per person deposit, due within 60 days. If a payment deadline is missed, seats are released and deposits forfeited.

Booking
When your order is fully paid (100%), tickets are issued and sent to the group organiser.

Terms & Conditions of an Enquiry
What an Enquiry is, how long we hold it, and what it takes to turn it into an Order.
1.What an Enquiry is
In completing an Enquiry, you acknowledge that this does not constitute an Order, and as such does not constitute specific seats, tickets or seats for a visit or performance date. Enquiries must be converted into an Order to secure this. Please refer to the definitions outlined in our Travel Trade guide for further clarification.
Our acceptance of your Enquiry will take place when we write to you to acknowledge its receipt. Only then, availability permitting, will we set aside the number of seats you have requested for a specific product, visit date and/or seating category.
2.Day Park Enquiries
At any point up until 2 weeks prior to your chosen visit date, you can:
- Amend your Enquiry, subject to availability (including increasing or decreasing the number of visitors, or changing the date), any or all of which is free of charge;
- Cancel the Enquiry altogether, free of charge; or
- Transform the Enquiry into an Order.

Terms & Conditions of an Order
The contract: what we secure, what you pay and when, and what happens if numbers or dates change.
1.Acceptance and contract
Our acceptance of your Order will take place when we write to you to acknowledge its receipt, availability permitting, and provide an invoice for the first deposit. We will secure you tickets for the date, category, seats and special requirements requested, where availability permits.
Upon issuance of the order confirmation a contract will come into existence between 11ANS Ltd and you, triggering the following payment milestones, and our terms and conditions will apply - see our website for full details. Failure to meet each payment will constitute a breakout clause.
2.Payment plans
Day Park tickets:
- Full payment of the remaining balance up to 2 weeks before your chosen visit date.
Night Show and Combined Tickets:
- Payment of a £10 per ticket deposit within 60 days of your order confirmation.
- Full payment of the remaining balance 6 weeks prior to your chosen performance date.
